Premier Hood Cleaning

Worst hood cleaning I have ever received. If I could give zero stars, I would. They only cleaned the surface/front and failed to clean the inside/deeper area behind the filter where all the grease goes. They left the inside/deeper area full of grease. When brought to their attention, they denied it even though I provided photo and video evidence that same day of service. They were also rude when I contacted them about this issue and the manager tried to put the blame on me saying that I should be cleaning it every month. They also refused to come back to clean it and fix the issue. They still
