Nick was an absolute professional to work with. He came early and stayed late to answer any and every question my wife and I had. This was above and beyond service! I cannot recommend Provato Home Inspections highly enough!
Provato Home Inspections did an outstanding job with our home inspection. Nick took the time to walk through the entire property with us, explaining not just what needed fixing, but how the home's systems work and how to maintain them. As a first time homebuyer, I was going through my second home inspection and decided to work with Nick. Nick carefully reviewed the concerns I had from the first inspection and made sure to address them. He took his time inspecting the home throughly, and I received the detailed inspection report later that same night. He was very knowledgeable, professional and patient with answering all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend working with him.
I had a closing scheduled on a mixed use property for a Friday and at the last minute was asked to provide a radon test.
