Regalis Foods is a food supplier specializing in Importer based in 250 Johnson Ave. Regalis Foods is New York City's leading importer of Fresh Truffles, Rare Foraged Edibles, Japanese Wagyu, Caviar, Uni, and Live Exotic Seafoods. It was founded in 2012 by Ian Purkayastha. Ian began working in the industry at age 15 foraging for wild mushrooms in his small hometown in Arkansas. Today Regalis imports products from more than 40 different countries and works with 90% of the Michelin starred restaurant community nationally. Regalis also manufactures several product lines of bespoke high-quality food ingredients. Regalis' signature branded Organic Truffle Product range can be found in key retailers nationwide as well as our full line of Caviar & Roes. Product lines include Dry Goods & Pantry.
