Manager nabil is really rude
The manager nabil was really rude and arrogant
Manager nabil is a HORRIBLE person, the rest of the staff was great. Nabil had previously said we would have 10 percent off the last purchase but then, when we went to checkout today, he started arguing that he meant $100
I bought a few glasses 2 days and tried to return them today because they were the wrong type and they refused to give me my money back and when I ask them for store credit, he told his worker to put the glasses back in my car. The manager is an extremely disrespectful human being, especially to someone that spends 10,000+ dollars a year there.
I've spent tens of thousands of dollars at this store over the years on major equipment fryers, refrigeration, and other machinery. The inventory is good, but the pricing practices are a serious problem.<br>Pricing decisions appear to be entirely controlled by the manager, Nabil, and they are wildly inconsistent. Long-time customers who consistently purchase large-ticket items are routinely charged full price with little to no flexibility, while other customers receive immediate discounts on the same equipment.<br><br>This isn't about negotiation it's about selective pricing and lack of transp
