Scott was awesome made my purchase stemless. Eddie, (who met me at bay #2 )on the other hand was very rude, unprofessional, and shouldn't be working in a customer facing position here or anywhere else. I asked about the item being boxed and he said, this what they gave me, I explained I was told to ask at bay #2 for someone to grab the item boxed. I've been buying stuff at this place for a long time. I swear to God they don't even deserve one star. They are the most rude customer service I've ever seen in my life, number one the workers in the back they should be all replaced if you don't like your job, you quit your job Not talk to customer disrespectfully they should go learn skills how to talk with people truly poor service do not waste your money by product in this place. They are very rude and disrespectful. They don't deserve business. They're plenty other places you can buy stuff. Truly truly honest to God do not waste your money

Can you try to drive a little better and not drive like knobs and cut people off in your company vehicles? Have a little decency or brains at least.

Don't waste your time with them if you want something custom. It been about 3 weeks since I requested a quote (including a phone call). If you go in and they have what you want, it seems fine but I won't be returning.
