What a bad experience. they left the cooler outside the door.. and has no service for installation.. they charged 70$ extra & no support..

An absolute nightmare. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Slow, unorganized, terrible communication, inept. I am having to contact regulatory agencies to get their attention. I cancelled my order but they were so slow in communicating it shipped out anyway. Now they say I have to pay restocking (20%) because of their mistake. Nearly a month later I have not received ANY refund. Protect yourself and your money. Shop somewhere else.

Stay far away. Sent the wrong unit and has fought us for MONTHS to return the money to the finance company. Does not respond to emails. Terrible customer service.

I wouldn't even give them one star they went down the hill so bad they should just shut down the shop. They suck.!!

Dishonest company. False advertising of product manufacturer origin. I purchased a set of Carlisle 522010 20 oz red plastic tumblers on August 17th and received them on August 20th. The product information on this company's website from which I made my purchase from, states that this product is manufactured in USA. However after I received this product, I looked on the bottom of the product and it clearly shows that it is manufactured in Mexico and not the USA like the website product information states.
