Bad business practices. I bid, and won the auction for a beverage/bottle cooler. They charged my credit card and then called me a couple of days later and said they were giving me a refund, because the owner decided he didn't want to sell.<br><br>They should have a commitment from their consigner before they list items for sale.

Items are misrepresented. They sold off a bunch of Red Lobster locations and half the equipment that was pictured or on their list was taken away and not included in the auction (despite showing as included on the website listing). This company is a bunch of crooks misrepresenting their auction listings to try and squeeze more money out of uninformed buyers.

Good deals on used equipment

Buyer beware!! I bought a dishwasher from a lot of several machines which were all the same. These were scratch and dent machines. Each item had pictures of the machine and its damage along with a brief description of the damage. The machine I bought did not have a picture of the front panel which has considerable damage and did not have a description of any damage. I know its "as is where is" however, based on the other items, their pictures and their descriptions, I feel that I was misled and that this listing and these auctions are deceptive.
