Ross Restaurant Servicing was highly recommended to fix our commercial ovens. Shawn was extremely professional and did an amazing job. We had 2 other repair men come and they were not good at all. Shawn was able to diagnose the problem and actually fix it. He took his time and made sure the problems were repaired. Prices are very reasonable too. We are so grateful to have found this company and Shawn.
Ross Services was prompt and reliable. They communicated effectively and responded in a timely manner. Will continue to do business with them. I would definitely recommend!
I have to say Mr. Ross is one of the best service men out here in NYC. From big commercial appliances to small home appliances, he can fix it all. I only leave reviews for good food and services, Mr. Ross definitely made the list. 10/10. Highly recommend. Professional young man.
