We had our inspection on May 13, 2023 and are very please with the service provided. Brandon was very patient, professional and look at every detail of the house always giving us his opinions and recommendations. Report was delivered very quick and the value that we pay was worth every dollar.
Brandon is an awesome guy and great inspector. Very professional. Familiar with NACA and quick turnaround on the reporting. It's easy to work with him and talk through the inspection. He has a lot of experience and it made us feel confident in the quality of his home inspections. He has a genuine desire in making sure his clients are aware of the issues in their properties and makes sure it's documented to be addressed. Very thorough. Worked with him twice on two potential properties and his work is A1. Definitely will call him for future home inspections if needed. Great guy.
