Damon was professional, communicative and very thorough. While it was a late in the day appointment, Damon did not rush through the inspection and answered every question we had. His verbal overview at the end of the inspection room was comprehensive and helped us prepare for reading the report. HIGH MARKS FOR DAMON! You guys don't do proper inspections my house. My house has roof leaks, main water shut off valve not working. Very bad. Don't know about sewerage line yet?
I paid for a professional home inspection to catch structural traps before closing, but completely missed a tree stump growing into my garage.<br><br>The Inside (The Obligatory Boilerplate):<br>I can almost forgive the inspector for missing the structural wood rot from the inside of the garage. They hid behind a standard boilerplate disclaimer in the report stating that "cluttered conditions" and a wire storage rack prevented a full view of the interior wall cavity. Fine.
