I've recently worked with Thomas Kapinos on inspecting three properties in the Niagara Falls area for purchase and he has done an excellent job on inspecting each one. As an out-of-town investor, I absolutely depended on Thomas to make the right decision on each property and I cannot recommend him more if you need a home inspection in his area.
