Great local store for commercial and home kitchen supplies. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and helpful. I needed a bamboo steamer basket, and while they did not have it in stock, they ordered it and had it within a couple of days. They also offer knife sharpening services. Their prices are reasonable and, for the most part, the same as you would find online.
