Tony was extremely communicative and thorough from start to finish. One of the main reasons we chose to work with him was his use of advanced heat/thermal technology, which allows him to see inside the walls. Tony was early for the appointment, giving us time to meet and for him to explain the processes he would follow in conducting the inspection.<br><br>Throughout the process, he was thorough, covering every area of the condo (inside and out) and specifically pausing to show us any concerns with complete explanations that were easy for me to understand.<br><br>The final report was an impressive pdf document of 22 pages. Tony did an excellent job inspecting a home i was about to purchase. The report was very detailed and pointed out very good things to be aware of. Have bought homes before and I can say this was one of the best detailed reports I have seen. He is truly a master of his trade.
