Tried calling because of an issue with a new cooler and no one wanted to help me over the phone now I am stuck with a brand new cooler that does not work

Review #1. Horrible costumer service. Tried calling there tech support and absolutely got no where with them. Needed help programming a temperature controller the fellow who answered the phone was so rude and would not help whatsoever because he told me he didn't have the time I would never buy the universal cooler
Trustworthy manufacturer with fair prices and a dedicated staff. They keep their word and deliver quickly. Highly recommended to all foodservice equipment dealers.
These guys are the best. Great prices and they can custom make anything you can think of. They stand behind their product and do the right thing by their customers for a long term relationship which is more than what I can say for other companies out there. Highly recommended.
