Same conversation we had over a month ago where the business account was to be refunded. Same words by the person in charge, Ms Gladys that she was to speak to owners in regards this matter. A mistake on my order and hasn't been taken care of for over a month. Now the owner is on vacation. Nor credit nor refund. Not happy to keep doing business under this amount of irresponsibility.
