They declined the service just because change the ownership of the business. The previous owner still a part of it. The maintenance staff yelling at front desk NO NO NO service for them. They are new owner . I don't want to go .
Excellent service!!
In an attempt to save travel expense, as Walter's Equipment Service is close to an hour from my restaurant, I called another local company. The bearings in my hood fan were bad and making a lot of noise. The service man explained that it would either take seven hours to repair or I could purchase a new unit. Both costing around $1500. I decided to call Kyle for a second opinion. He had it fixed in half an hour. True story. I no longer worry about the travel expense. They are well worth it.
Called for service call on Monday and was all up and running by Tuesday morning. Very pleasant and prompt.. Thank you Dee and Kyle
