Our service tech Ricardo and his assistant were 15 minutes early for their scheduled appointment. They assessed the problem, and our fireplace was up and running in less than 10 minutes! Very professional and knowledgeable about our unit, which is about 10 yrs old. Great experience!

Very helpful with service. I could not figure out from the manual how to ignite my pilot light. They installed 3 years ago and could not have been more helpful. They walked me through the steps several times with cautions on correct procedures. Said a house call was not necessary and spent the time on the phone to make it happen. A house call would been totally unnecessary. 5 stars for help and politeness
