9/6/25 came into the store today and needed to get two glasses that I wasn't able to find on the floor. The sales associate Theresa was extremely helpful kind and nice. Everything in the store is lovely. It's one of my favorite stores to go into I did just wanna make sure Theresa gets the recognition she deserves because she was very nice and helpful.
My family bought me a coffee grinder as a gift. When I opened it, the item was used. They called the store and corporate to request a new one. They did not care. I am never buying from this unprofessional store anymore.
I've been a long time customer of Williams-Sonoma, thus far had no issues until I bought a product that was sold to me as new. Beware of this store as they will try to sell you used things without disclosing.
