We ordered one Bellasera fork to replace one lost fork. We previously purchased two sets (ITEM # 22774-323-0) for a total of 8 settings.

The replacement fork feels a bit lighter than the other 7 forks. There are differnt markings on the reverse side of the replacement fork handle. If there is 0 that would best describe this sale. Total time and day waisted for nothing. Don't go don't waist money on products which you can get in TJ Max or Marshals for 90% cheaper price SAME PRODUCTS. This place is nothing
Went first time and will NEVER AGAIN do this mistake.

Normally I buy from stores. This time I decided to buy from the manufacturer. It arrived quickly but with a noticeable smidgen of enamel missing. When I contacted them for an exchange, I was told that all of their pots are different and imperfect and that it's not a matter of exchange because it doesn't affect the ability to cook in it. I begged to differ, saying that if I'm spending nearly $400 on a pot, it had better
